The second number is the threshold: each approved post must reach 5,000 views on its own before it earns anything, not cumulatively across the campaign . If your average clip does not clear five thousand, most of your work pays zero.
The third is the cap: one clip is paid for at most 1 million eligible views, typically $500–$2,000, and each campaign prints its own maximum . The cap touches only a viral clip; the threshold touches every one.
A hypothetical 20,000-view clip on Vyro at $2,000 per 1M: 20,000 / 1,000 × $2.00 = $40.00. A 4,000-view clip on Vyro earns $0. On DareBay with a typical threshold of 2,000 views: 20,000 / 1,000 × $1.00 = $20.00 at the floor of open tasks, the threshold is not deducted and the typical cap per clip of $100 is far off; the 4,000-view clip is paid too: 4,000 / 1,000 × $1.00 = $4.00. Campaigns: what they look like and how to get in
