Clipping platforms that pay in Indonesia and the Philippines

Jakarta and Manila get opposite answers. Indonesia has ten clipping boards of its own that publish terms and pay into DANA, GoPay or a local bank, and none of them names a rail outside Indonesia. The one Manila board with readable terms has no campaign open yet, so the money comes from global platforms and reaches GCash through PayPal or Payoneer. Here is what each board states, what each payment company publishes about the two countries, and what Bank Indonesia, OJK, the BSP and the SEC say about being paid in USDT.

Two questions decide clipping here: will a platform pay you at all, and what does its rail become once the money lands? Platforms answer the first, payment companies and regulators the second. For a country-blind ranking see the best clipping platforms; for what a thousand views is worth, how much clipping pays.

Rupiah boards built in Indonesia, and who they are open to

The job has a local name, ternak klip, and ten Indonesian marketplaces publish terms for it: the five in the table above, and the five below, each with rupiah rates per 1,000 views, payouts inside Indonesia, and different cuts, floors and entry rules.

Clippo has the most explicit terms: "Platform ditujukan untuk pengguna di Indonesia" (intended for users in Indonesia), and "Rekening luar negeri, e-wallet luar negeri, dan cryptocurrency tidak didukung saat ini" — foreign accounts, foreign e-wallets and crypto are not supported. It charges clippers no platform fee but withholds income tax (PPh 21) at cash-out, wants a KTP photo and a live selfie before the first cash-out, and sets the floor at Rp100,000. Its terms target up to six working days, "bukan jaminan" (not a guarantee) 31, while its home page says "Withdraw Instan". 32 Its campaign list showed Rp500 to Rp7,000 per 1,000 views on 18 September 2026 33, about $0.03 to $0.39 at Bank Indonesia's reference rate of Rp17,745 to the dollar that day. 34

Konten.com is Indonesia-only and rupiah-only too. It keeps 20% of gross earnings plus Rp10,000 per cash-out, from a Rp50,000 floor, runs no KTP check at present and withholds no tax: "Perusahaan tidak memotong, mengurangi, atau menyetorkan pajak atas nama Anda". 35

TryBuzzer takes 20%, platform fee and tax together, as money goes out, plus Rp2,500 to an e-wallet or Rp5,000 to a bank: "tarik Rp 100.000 ke DANA, kamu terima Rp 77.500" (withdraw Rp100,000 to DANA, receive Rp77,500). It pays GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay or the big banks, and a clip usually needs 10,000 to 50,000 verified views to earn. 36 Its English home page says "Get paid to make content, from anywhere" 37; its FAQ says who can join: "Semua content creator Indonesia!" (every Indonesian content creator) 38

Ternak Klip, which counts 300,000-plus creators, is the only one whose FAQ says residence does not matter: "Apakah lokasi tempat tinggal saya berpengaruh? Tidak." It keeps 20% of creator payouts and pays weekly, "langsung ke rekeningmu" — to your bank account. 39

AyoKlip is the smallest, with 530-plus active clippers by its own count, and takes the smallest cut: 5% of each approved payment, from a Rp50,000 floor. An admin checks views against your screenshots, and for now it is "fokus ke Indonesia", focused on Indonesia. 40

Manila's one board with published terms has nothing to clip yet

Vouched, the Manila board in the table above, charges its 8% fee to the brand, not the clipper 41, but it is pre-launch: "No campaigns are open yet" 42, under terms marked "Draft for the pre-launch build" 30. ClipFarm did not load on 18 or 19 September 2026: Cloudflare answered 522 on every path tried 43. ClipBayani is a Filipino community hosted on Whop, "still building, preparing, and reaching out to potential clients". 44

So until a brief is funded there, a clipper in Manila or Cebu works for global platforms, as can an Indonesian who wants dollars. Whop names both countries among its payout countries 45 and says the options differ by country 46; Vyro's unsupported list names neither 47; Reach.cat quotes a paid clipper from the Philippines. 48

Stripe Connect stops short; Global Payouts is a different product

As a place to open an account, Stripe lists Indonesia as "Preview" and the Philippines not at all 15, and says it "is available in Indonesia as an invite-only program". 5 For a platform paying you through Stripe, the product is Connect, and it reaches neither country: "Platforms based in the United States, United Kingdom, EEA, Canada, and Switzerland can transfer funds to connected accounts located in any of these same regions" 49, and for Indonesian accounts "We don't support cross-border or international transactions". 6 Vyro pays through PayPal or Stripe without saying which serves which country; here only the PayPal half has a published road.

Global Payouts is not Connect. In public preview for businesses in the US and the UK 50, it pays Indonesia by "Local bank method" in IDR and the Philippines by "Wire" in PHP 51, with cross-border fees of 0.50% and 1.00%. 52 No clipping platform compared here says it uses it.

DANA, GoPay, GCash and Maya: which wallets take money from abroad

DANA takes money from abroad through remittance partners that support it; the sender enters your phone number, name as on the KTP and KTP number. 9 Without DANA Premium, its help centre answers "Tidak bisa" — it does not work. 53 GoPay describes the same route through Panda Remit. 10 OVO and ShopeePay publish no readable inbound route. BCA takes SWIFT transfers for USD 5 in a foreign currency or IDR 35,000 in rupiah. 54 PayPal withdraws to an Indonesian bank, free above Rp1,500,000 and Rp16,000 below 4; nothing PayPal, DANA or GoPay publishes links them directly.

In the Philippines the route runs through GCash. Its Global Wallets page links PayPal on two conditions — "Your GCash account must be Fully Verified" and "Your PayPal account must be Philippine-based and verified" — and any confirmed Payoneer account, says a PayPal cash-in can take 24 to 48 hours to show, and lifts the wallet limit to PHP 500,000 once linked. It charges 1% per PayPal cash-in and, since 8 July 2024, per Payoneer cash-in 16, while GCash's fee table shows "None" for both 55; the app shows the fee before you confirm. Partner remittances arrive free. 56 Maya receives Western Union and MoneyGram transfers into upgraded accounts. 17 PayPal withdraws to a Philippine bank, free above ₱7,000 14, and Wise lets Filipinos hold a balance, unlike Indonesians.

What Bank Indonesia and OJK say before you take USDT

Bank Indonesia answers whether crypto can be money: "virtual currency termasuk bitcoin tidak diakui sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah, sehingga dilarang digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia" — not a legal means of payment, and not to be used as one — because the Currency Law requires rupiah for payments made in Indonesia. It also bars payment operators, e-wallet operators included, from processing payments made with it. 1 It dates from January 2018 and is still published.

OJK answers whether crypto can be held and traded: since 10 January 2025 it has supervised crypto assets as digital financial assets, a task taken over from Bappebti, under POJK 27/2024. 2 The tax office follows OJK. Under PMK 50/2025, in force since 1 August 2025, buying crypto carries no VAT, and selling it a final income tax of 0.21% of the value on an Indonesian platform or 1% on a foreign one. 57

A USDT payment for your work sits where those answers meet. This page quotes both and stops there.

The BSP licence freeze and the SEC list of unregistered exchanges

The Philippines regulates crypto businesses rather than banning crypto. The BSP's rulebook says virtual assets "do not have legal tender status", requires a certificate of authority from any business that exchanges or transfers them, and leaves out people acting only for themselves. 11 Its Monetary Board kept the freeze on new licences, which "will continue starting 01 September 2025, subject to reassessment". 12

The SEC's rules for crypto-asset service providers took effect on 5 July 2025, and the SEC says what they are not: "The CASP Rules do not prohibit cryptocurrency trading or investment. Rather, they require platforms to obtain the appropriate registration and licenses". 13 It has named OKX, Bybit, Mexc, Kucoin, Bitget, Phemex, Coinex, Bitmart, Poloniex and Kraken as unregistered: "This list is not exhaustive". 58 Which service may turn a stablecoin into pesos is for the registers to say.

PPh brackets in Jakarta, the 8% option in Manila

Indonesia taxes individuals progressively: the first bracket now runs to Rp60 million a year, and 35% applies above Rp5 billion. 59

The Philippine BIR requires anyone earning through electronic platforms to register the activity. 60 A self-employed person with gross receipts within ₱3,000,000 a year may choose an 8% tax on receipts above ₱250,000 instead of the graduated rates, and must choose it again each year. 61 Neither tax authority was found to publish how a payment received in a stablecoin is valued; that is a question for a local tax adviser.

When a rupiah board or a GCash route beats DareBay

DareBay publishes no exclusion list, so both countries are in, and it has one money rail: USDT on the TON network. Telegram Stars, its other withdrawal method, are not cash: "You may not sell, withdraw, transfer or use Stars in your personal balance" beyond what Telegram's terms allow. 62 Nothing is taken from a task budget; the one charge a clipper meets is 10% when withdrawing a balance, deducted inside a request of at least 10 USDT, and a person checks each request, so no settlement time is promised. The rate is printed on the task card; open tasks pay from $1.00 to $10.00 per 1,000 counted views. The interface is English, Russian and Ukrainian, with no Indonesian or Tagalog version, and a balance has no rupiah, GCash or bank route.

So a rupiah board is the better answer for an Indonesian resident who wants rupiah in DANA or GoPay with no crypto in the chain; Clippo even withholds the income tax. In Manila, while the local board has no brief to take, a global board paying by PayPal or Payoneer is better when the money must end up in GCash. DareBay fits a clipper who already holds a TON wallet, falls outside the rupiah boards' residency rules and has read the regulators above. The rails, platform by platform, are in clipping platforms that pay without PayPal or Stripe.

How this comparison was built

Every platform fact was read on 18 or 19 September 2026 from the platform's own terms, FAQ, payment page or public campaign list. The Indonesian boards publish in Indonesian; quotes are kept in the original with the meaning given in English, and where a board's home page and its terms disagree, both are quoted.

Payment facts come from the payment companies' own pages: PayPal's payout-country table and its Indonesian and Philippine fee schedules, Stripe's availability, Connect and Global Payouts documentation, Wise's country lists, Payoneer's coverage data, and the help and product pages of DANA, GoPay, BCA, GCash and Maya. Regulators are quoted from their own publications: Bank Indonesia, OJK through its joint release with Bank Indonesia, the Directorate General of Taxes, the BSP, the SEC and the BIR.

"Not published" means a platform or a payment company says nothing on the point anywhere public. Nothing here is legal or tax advice, and no route around a rule is described: where a rule and a payout rail meet, the page quotes the rule and stops.

Competitor figures are taken from each platform’s own public pages on the date shown; DareBay figures come from live platform data. Updated: .

Frequently asked questions

Is Ternak Klip safe to use, and what does it keep from a payout?

Its footer names the operator, PT Media Klip Nusantara, and a registration with Indonesia's digital ministry; its FAQ says it keeps 20% of creator payouts and pays weekly to your bank account. 39 The judgement is yours.

Can a clipper outside Indonesia join a rupiah board?

Mostly not. Clippo and Konten.com serve users in Indonesia and pay only to Indonesian accounts, AyoKlip is focused on Indonesia, and TryBuzzer lists only Indonesian rails. Ternak Klip says residence does not matter, yet names only a bank payout. The five boards read on 19 September publish no residency rule, and none names a rail outside Indonesia.

Can I move PayPal money to DANA or GoPay?

Not directly, on anything the three publish. PayPal withdraws to an Indonesian bank; DANA and GoPay take money from abroad through remittance partners, DANA only into a Premium account.

Does Bank Indonesia allow being paid in USDT?

Its published position is that virtual currency is not a legal means of payment in Indonesia and that payment operators may not process it. OJK supervises crypto assets, and PMK 50/2025 taxes their sale. What that means for your payment is a question for a local lawyer.

How do I withdraw from Whop to GCash?

Whop shows your country's options at withdrawal and does not publish the Philippine list. GCash links a verified Philippine PayPal or a Payoneer account, so a Whop payout landing in either can be cashed in, at the fee the app shows first.

Is crypto banned in the Philippines?

The SEC says its rules "do not prohibit cryptocurrency trading or investment" but require platforms to register. The BSP states that virtual assets have no legal-tender status and keeps new licences frozen; the SEC has named ten unregistered exchanges.

Does the BIR expect a clipper to register as self-employed?

It expects anyone earning through electronic platforms to register the activity, and a self-employed person with gross receipts within ₱3,000,000 a year may elect, each year, an 8% tax on receipts above ₱250,000. Ask the BIR or an accountant about your case.

Open in both countries, on one rail

DareBay publishes no exclusion list, so a clipper in Surabaya or Cebu takes a task on the same terms as anyone. Its one money rail is USDT on the TON network. If your wallet is ready and you have read what your regulator says above, pick a task, post the clip and let the platform count the views.
