Submit your work
Submitting work on DareBay is faster than reading the instructions for it. By the time you get there the prize is already locked on the platform, so you are working for money that is definitely there.
1. Find a contest that fits
Scroll the feed or filter by category. Open the contest card. Read the terms carefully: most disqualifications happen because somebody skimmed and missed a requirement.
Check:
- Is it still ACTIVE? (Closed contests do not accept entries.)
- Which format does it want? (Text, image or video, always just one.)
- The hard limits: language, originality, length.
2. Make the work
Actually make it. Stolen content, AI slop passed off as your own, other shortcuts: all of it gets removed and the accounts get flagged. Your participant rating follows you across the whole platform, and it is worth more than any single prize.
3. Send it in
From here the contest type decides everything. There are two routes, and mixing them up is the most common way to end up unpaid.
Pay-per-view contests (PPV)
The work lives on a platform rather than with us: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels. The order is:
- Post the video on the platform named in the task and put the contest hashtag in the description. The tag is the proof that the video was made for this task.
- Come back to the contest card on DareBay and send the link to the published video.
Your work only joins the budget split once you have sent the link. The hashtag alone is not enough: the platform does not scan social networks looking for videos and will not find your work on its own. Posting and waiting means getting nothing.
Views are then counted by the oracle: the platform pulls them through the social network's API. Neither the organizer nor you type any numbers in by hand, and nobody can inflate them in their own favor.
Contests where you upload the work
Here the work is stored with us. On the contest page hit Submit, then follow the format:
- Text: type it or paste it.
- Image: upload (jpg, png, webp).
- Video: upload; the video goes into DareBay storage and is encoded for streaming. Stay within the size limit stated in the form.
You can add a short note explaining the work: it helps in contests where the organizer picks the winner.
4. Wait for the selection stage
After the entry deadline the contest moves into SELECTION_IN_PROGRESS. What happens next is decided by the selection type:
- Community voting: viewers vote, and you can share your work to gather support.
- Organizer decides: the organizer looks through the entries and picks.
- Random among the top: the system picks.
5. If you win
You get a notification. The money for a MONEY prize is already locked in the contest; it moves onto your balance and you take it out however you like: to a wallet (USDT on TON), to a bank card, by bank transfer, in Telegram Stars or as a gift. Entering and withdrawing cost you nothing, and the platform takes nothing out of the prize. For an ITEM prize the organizer gets in touch to arrange the handover.
6. If you do not win
That is fine. Enter the next one. Your participant rating grows simply from sending in real work and not breaking the rules: reputation is not built by winners alone.
→ Next: Watch, vote, win, where you can shape the outcome even when you send in nothing at all.
