Schedulers for multiple TikTok, Reels and Shorts accounts

Native schedulers, TikTok bulk upload and what multi-account tools charge per account, checked on each service's own pages.

To schedule clips for several TikTok, Reels and Shorts accounts, start with the free schedulers built into each app, then add a multi-account tool such as Later, Metricool, Publer, Repurpose.io or SocialPilot once switching between accounts starts eating your day. A multi-account scheduler is a service that holds posts for many profiles in one calendar and publishes each at its set time, so you upload once instead of logging in and out of every account.

DareBay, a platform that pays clippers per counted view, put this comparison together. The schedulers belong to other companies, and no link here carries an affiliate tag. Every price and limit was read on September 29, 2026 on each service's own page; prices are in US dollars, and tools are listed A to Z. Tools for the other stages of a clip, from AI clipping to editing, are in the tools catalog for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.

Audit a scheduled post from calendar entry to public link

Run one post through each network before filling a month's calendar. Record the selected account, time zone, scheduled time, actual publication time and final public link. Open that link while signed out to check visibility, then inspect the crop, captions, audio and required tags in the published version.

Keep “queued”, “published” and “submitted to the task” as separate statuses. A scheduler's green check is not a paid view or task acceptance. On YouTube the video is private until its scheduled time [1]; if a deadline matters, leave time to inspect and submit the live post. When publication fails, inspect the account authorization and error before resending, so a retry does not create duplicate posts. The submission guide covers the next step after publication.

What the built-in schedulers allow

PlatformWhere you scheduleHow far aheadWorth knowing
InstagramIn the app, when you post a reel, photo or carouselUp to 30 days, at most 25 posts a day [2]Public accounts only; product tags, collabs, sponsored posts and fundraisers can't be scheduled [2]
TikTokTikTok Studio on the webUp to 30 days [3]Creators with more than 1,000 followers can bulk-upload up to 30 videos at once [3]
YouTubeYouTube Studio or the YouTube appYou pick the date, time and time zone; until then the video stays private [1]With a Community Guidelines strike, a scheduled video won't publish during the penalty period [1]

Native schedulers cost nothing and publish as the account itself, so no password goes to a third party. Their limit is scope: each works inside one account, so five TikTok accounts mean five scheduling sessions.

Multi-account schedulers: plans and prices

What decides the bill is the unit each tool charges for: a social set, a brand, a single account or accounts per network.

ToolFree optionEntry plan, as of September 29, 2026Plan that fits 10 TikTok accounts
Later14-day trial [4]Starter, $18.75 a month billed yearly: 1 social set, 30 posts per profile a month [4]Growth, $37.50 a month billed yearly for 2 sets, plus $11.25 a month per extra set [4]
Metricool1 brand and 20 scheduled posts a month [5]Starter, $20 a month billed annually for up to 5 brands [5]Starter with 10 brands, $36 a month billed annually [5]
Publer3 accounts, 10 scheduled posts per account [6]Professional, $4 a month billed yearly for one account [6]Professional with 10 accounts, $36 a month billed yearly, since every 10th account is free [6]
Repurpose.io10 videos free, no card [7]Starter, $35 a month or $349 a year: up to 3 accounts per network [7]Pro, $79 a month or $790 a year: up to 10 accounts per network [7]
SocialPilot14-day trial, no card [8]Essentials, $25.50 a month billed annually: 7 accounts, 1 user [8]Essentials plus 3 extra accounts, or Standard with 15 accounts [8]

How each tool counts accounts:

  • Later: a social set holds one profile from each supported platform [4].
  • Metricool: a brand holds one profile per network [5].
  • Publer: per social account, and every 10th account is free [6].
  • Repurpose.io: accounts per network, such as 3 TikTok, 3 Instagram and 3 YouTube [7].
  • SocialPilot: accounts per plan, with extra accounts at $4 a month each [8].

All five name TikTok, Instagram and YouTube on their pricing pages [4] [5] [6] [7] [8], and Later and Publer spell out YouTube Shorts.

Which scheduler fits which setup

  • One account per platform. The built-in schedulers are enough.
  • Three accounts on a budget. Publer's free plan covers 3 accounts with 10 queued posts each [6], and Metricool's free brand covers one TikTok, one Instagram and one YouTube profile with 20 scheduled posts a month [5].
  • Ten or more accounts on one platform. Brands and social sets hold one profile per network, so ten TikTok accounts are ten units, and bills differ widely: Metricool's Starter with 10 brands is $36 a month [5], while Later's Growth plus eight extra sets is $37.50 + 8 × $11.25 = $127.50 a month, both billed yearly [4].
  • A team. SocialPilot's Standard plan includes 3 users and 15 accounts [8], and Later's Growth plan includes 2 users [4].

Where bulk posting costs you reach

A scheduler saves time; it can't tell a good calendar from spam.

  • One file on every account. Cross-posting pushes the same video everywhere, but platforms treat one file on several accounts as a repeat and cut its reach: every account needs its own version. TikTok's rules on this are in how many TikTok accounts you can have.
  • Ten clips in one minute. A burst of posts looks like bot activity. A working pace is one or two clips a day per account, at the hours its viewers are online; the other reasons reach drops are in the account warm-up and shadowban guide.
  • A clip that went out private. A scheduled YouTube video stays private until its time [1], and TikTok keeps posts from unaudited apps private [9]. Check the clip is public before you count it as posted.

How a scheduled clip gets into a DareBay task

Posting always stays with the account owner: under section 8.2 of the DareBay terms, DareBay doesn't post on your behalf. Whether a clip went out by hand or through a scheduler, it reaches a task in one of two ways.

  1. By link. Once the clip is live, open the task card and send the link to the published video. If the task asks for a hashtag, put it in the caption when you schedule. The steps are in how to submit your work.
  2. From connected accounts. Offer tasks let you connect up to 20 accounts to one task across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. New clips are pulled in for you, and every clip on every account is its own entry, with its own views and its own payout.

Tasks pay for real views only; botted views are not paid. Where enabled in an offer task, DareBay provides ready clips and tools for account versions, so the scheduler only has to spread them across the week.

Running ten or more accounts and want them working as a content farm? Message Ruslan on Telegram with your platforms, account count and how you post today, and we'll help you set it up. Sign-up is free with email, Google, Discord or Telegram, and new tasks and answers are posted in the DareBay Discord.
