Can I withdraw my winnings?
Yes. Any balance in your DareBay wallet that's in available state can be withdrawn at any time.
Methods
You can withdraw to:
- A bank account or card — for fiat balances.
- A crypto wallet address — for crypto balances, on the same chain you deposited (or one of the supported ones).
The options shown depend on your region and verification level.
Timing
- On-platform settlement (prize → wallet) is near-instant when a contest finishes.
- Off-platform withdrawal depends on the rail:
- Crypto — usually minutes, subject to network confirmation.
- Card — typically same day in supported regions.
- Bank transfer — 1–3 business days depending on country.
"Available" vs "locked" balance
Your wallet shows two numbers:
- Available — what you can spend or withdraw right now.
- Locked — tied up in active contests (as an organizer) or held during dispute review.
You can only withdraw from available. Locked funds unlock automatically when the contest they're attached to finishes (or, for disputed prizes, when the review is resolved).
Limits
Withdrawal limits depend on:
- Your verification tier (higher tier = higher limits).
- The rail you're using (some have network-side caps).
- Regional compliance rules.
Your current limits are always visible in the wallet settings.
Fees
DareBay doesn't charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Network-side fees (blockchain gas, bank wire charges) are passed through at cost.
